分享嘉宾简介
Ron J. Twilegar先生是美国爱达荷大学工商管理学士，华盛顿大学J.D，哈佛大学商学院中小企业管理项目组成员，在创新创业、法律、投资等领域有丰富的研究和实战经验，在学界、政界、商界有丰富的关系资源及往来项目合作。
Ron J. Twilegar与加州大学伯克利分校教授共同创立了高科技医疗器械公司，合伙创立了一家风险投资公司，与斯坦福大学商学院有往来项目合作关系，R.也曾经担任美国爱达荷州众议院和参议院要职，是美国爱达荷州最具影响力的百名人选之一。
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Entrepreneurship: Co-founded, with a professor from UC Berkeley, a high technology medical device company developing a binary treatment for brain cancers; responsible for raising startup equity funding, developing a successful government grant program and supervising all technology acquisitions; negotiated contracts with national laboratories; secured intellectual property by filing patent applications, negotiated licenses; recruited scientists and researchers, including Nobel Laureate; the technologies underpinning the company received substantial US government funding resulting in numerous contracts and grants with the federal and state governments; drafted business plan that raised over $3m of private equity funding; offered testimony before the US Congress, Idaho State Legislature about the technology; served as an invited panelist at meeting of the American Association for the Advancement of Science.
Venture Capital, CEO of a small financial intermediary company; acquired substantial direct experience in initiating, structuring and closing loan and grant transactions relating to new business ventures and investments in existing businesses; experienced in due diligence, competitor evaluation and strategic planning; strong in market research; drafted and reviewed numerous business plans. Financial Analysis: performed financial analysis of proposals for investment; start-ups, refinancing and second stage financing; project analysis.
Legal: Represented the founder (http://www.timbarber.org/) of the largest private technology company in Idaho;
